URM Student Welcome Reception

Penn Engineering recently held a welcome reception for new URM graduate students. Dean Vijay Kumar made opening remarks to students, the event was also attended by Department Chairs, Graduate Program Chairs, and Graduate Program Coordinators as well as faculty and staff.  We are indeed very pleased to have these students as part of Penn Engineering and Penn communities!
